Webb is the shortest man ever to play in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest. He won in 1986 with the elevator two-handed double pump dunk, one-handed off the backboard one-handed clock, 360-degree helicopter one-handed dunk, 180-degree reverse double-pump slam, and 180-degree reverse two-handed strawberry hours. 20 years later, he also helped the New York Knicks point guard Nate Robinson (5 feet 9 inches) to win this contest.
